“Emily Quirk is a distinguished portrait and documentary photographer born & raised & based in Nashville, Tennessee. With over a decade of experience, Quirk has honed her craft to capture iconic moments and the natural essence of her subjects. 

Whether she's photographing an intimate sunlit wedding, capturing the grit and glamour in portraits of country music’s biggest superstars, documenting the raw energy of a rock show from the pit, or blissfully weaving her way through the chaos of a music festival, Quirk brings an electrifying vision and iconic energy to each frame. She seamlessly blends the classic allure of 35mm and medium format film with the precision of digital photography. 

Quirk’s artistic journey has been enriched by her time living life in the vibrant cultural landscape of New Orleans, the architectural grandeur of Chicago, and the lush, musical heartland of Nashville where she calls home. Her portfolio most notably includes her years working at Apple Music, and she is now expanding her work into the realms of architectural and wedding photography.  

Her insatiable hunger for travel always has her exploring new corners of the world, taking her from the picturesque landscapes of Tennessee, to the sprawling vineyards of the West Coast, to the sun-soaked coasts of Italy. She’s always prepared for the next adventure with her partner and their two beloved dogs, Cowboy & Rodeo, in their custom-built camper van, ready for cross country road trips at any time of year. 

Quirk is always ready to embrace new experiences, whether it's a spontaneous road trip, a day spent swimming in the ocean, snowboarding down a mountain, paddleboarding in the lake, wine tasting, or honky tonkin’, her restless spirit and desire to see and experience the world has her poised to document life’s most exquisite moments — no matter where the road takes her.
